After decades of scrolling on our phones, we can now say that video stop the fingers and peaks the interest way more than photographs.
It could be your Aunt posting a cooking video or a competitor broker putting up a Hollywood level marketing video of a new listing…the video gets the plays over photographs.
The Market is International.
Not every buyer is going to walk into the listing in person.
Covid taught that us that people—when given the option—will elect to stay home and spend money just fine. Giving customers a high quality walk thru experience that they can watch on a private Vimeo link or even on Youtube is a HUGE leg up for getting international buyers’ attention in the luxury market.
Make something beautiful and then blast it out across all your companies’ marketing channels.
The Big Caveat.
A lot of real estate companies go in for expensive videos that showcase the wonderful details of their listing.
Here’s the one BIG problem you must DO:
Your video must give the viewer a sense of what it’s like to actually LIVE IN THE HOUSE.
A 60 second video that shows crown modling and high ceilings is great, but if I have no idea what room flows into where, well…
I’m not spending $101 million dollars…
